This ground-up, 6,000 sq ft new build in the heart of Los Angeles blends high-end corporate design with sophisticated functionality across all three floors. Our team designed a luxurious, modern office environment, including custom exterior and interior finishes, premium workstation and ancillary furniture, and high-end plumbing fixtures. Special attention was given to the elevator lobbies and communal spaces, ensuring they offer a seamless blend of style and comfort. The project also features a stunning, luxurious roof deck, creating an ideal setting for both work and relaxation.

Laurinco transformed Allied High Tech's 11,000 sq ft office and 14,000 sq ft warehouse in Cerritos, CA, into a dynamic, high-tech environment that reflects their specialization in lab equipment. By integrating their marketing colors and identity, our design team created a cohesive interior with strategic space planning, modern office furniture, and unique wall treatments. Additionally, we provided concepts for a revamped building facade, ensuring every detail aligned with their innovative ethos. EPHR Pet Hospital
Laurinco proudly designed the Emergency Pet Hospital of Redlands (EPHR), a 14,000 sq. ft. facility, to provide a welcoming and cozy environment for pets and their owners during stressful visits. Collaborating closely with the architect, general contractor, engineers, and clients, we meticulously planned and executed the layout, ensuring functionality and comfort throughout. Our custom millwork and detailed specifications for equipment in surgery rooms, exam rooms, and hyperbaric chambers highlight our commitment to excellence. From the inviting front lobby to the efficient back-of-house areas, including labs and pharmacies, our design integrates finishes, furniture, engineer coordination, and artwork to create a soothing and calming experience for all patrons.

Industrial Valco
Our design team at Laurinco transformed Industrial Valco's 5,584 sq ft office in Compton, California, into a modern, branded space reflecting their leadership in carbon and stainless-steel line pipe distribution. The project encompassed everything from space planning and construction drawings to furniture, art, signage, and graphics. Key design elements included a unique red frame for full-height glass office glazing and thoughtful floor patterns for wayfinding. The company's history was integrated through graphic wallcoverings and artwork. The result is a refreshing, functional workspace that impresses both employees and clients, covering all areas from the lobby to private offices.

Mariners Church - Youth Building
Laurincos Team was tasked with reimagining the future of the Youth Building at Mariners Church's main campus in Irvine, California. This 37,000 sqft project aimed to infuse the church's personality with a youthful twist, incorporating vibrant colors and playful elements to resonate with the young users. Key design features include custom metal frameworks emulating houses for dynamic meeting spaces, large-scale two-story graphics, and color blocking to create an engaging atmosphere. Our team specified all furniture, layouts, art, accessories, graphics, and finishes, ensuring flexible and fun meeting areas. Partnering with Mariners Church was a rewarding experience for Laurincos, as we worked together to achieve their mission for the greater good. The project has been a resounding success, embodying the church's mission and providing an inspiring environment for youth activities.

Our interior design firm had the honor of designing a 5,920 sqft office space for Miracles for Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families with critically-ill children. We meticulously planned the space to ensure functionality and carried out all design phases, incorporating inventive and playful ideas that reflect the organization's mission and heart for children. Every corner of the office is filled with innovative designs that bring a sense of childlike whimsy, creating a welcoming atmosphere for volunteers, donors, staff, and families. By integrating the organization's branding and color schemes, and using large-scale graphics and unique materials, we crafted a fun and inspiring environment that everyone can enjoy.

Restoration Healthcare
Our interior design firm partnered with Restoration Healthcare, an integrative and functional medicine practice in Irvine, CA, to create two functional and beautiful spaces in La Jolla (7,500 sqft) and Westwood (5,150 sqft). We designed employee staff rooms, labs, infusion rooms, exam rooms, and more, incorporating custom millwork, furniture, and glass wall systems. Our goal was to provide a relaxing environment where patients can receive individualized healthcare services, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Laurinco transformed United Pacific's 12,000 sq ft office and vehicle showroom into a vibrant space that reflects the company's dedication to high-quality classic automotive parts. We infused the design with classic automotive elements, incorporating biophilic features like faux moss and greenery through graphic wallcoverings to brighten the limited-window office area. The expansive breakroom and training room were equipped with multifunctional furniture to foster collaboration and versatility. Our comprehensive approach included finishes, space planning, custom millwork, and skylights in the open office area to enhance natural light and productivity.
